It was made totally the way he wanted it in flavours. Vanilla sponge cake, caramel cream (he loves too much caramel!) and milk chocolate ganache. Decoration was the way I want, I love this cascade leaves!
I think that veggie burgers for me are like an obsession. Each new burger I make, I love more than the last. So this makes me to want create and combine with more ingredients. Today I bring you chestnut and shiitake burger with sesame mayo.
I can not find words to describe what you will feel when you taste it. Too much flavor, intense aroma, smooth and nice texture… for me is perfect.

The name Kouign Amann derives from the Breton language words: cake “kouign” and butter “amann”. It is a speciality from Douarnenez, Brittany, a Breton cake. This pastry was made with bread dough (actually with a viennoiserie dough) with layers of butter and sugar folded in.
